Off the Mic : The Art of Jennifer Walden

I have been painting using various mediums for about ten years.  What started as a creative hobby has become a passion of mine.  I fell in love with watercolors about 5 years ago, and that is the only medium I prefer.  I love the soft fluidity and movement that watercolors have to offer the eye.  Feel free to browse my art below!

My Latest passion in the art field...JUNK JOURNALING!  I prefer the term TREASURE BOOKS because the books I make are personal to me and where I keep photos, mementos and memories, my thoughts (and a few dreams and goals).  Really...anything that I can think of goes into my journals. I bind them by hand using needle and thread. Warning: Journal making is addictive, so if you decide to make your own, you've been warned!  ​
